说明

MAX16956是小尺寸、同步降压型转换器,集成高边和低边开关。器件在3.5V至36V输入电压下,提供高达300mA电流,空载时的静态电流仅为1.1µA (固定输出版本)。通过低电平有效的RESET信号,可监测电压质量。器件可工作在接近断开的97%占空比,使其可理想用于汽车应用。

器件提供固定5V和3.3V输出电压版本,以及可调节输出版本。对于可调节输出版本,用户可使用电阻分压器在1V至10V之间调节输出电压。频率固定为2.1MHz,允许使用较小的外部元件,以及降低输出纹波、最大程度减少AM射频干扰。器件提供强制PWM和跳脉冲工作模式,跳脉冲模式下的静态电流仅为1.1µA。定购器件时可选择扩频调制,将开关频率引起的EMI辐射发射降至最低。

MAX16956采用小尺寸(3mm × 3mm) 10引脚µMAX®封装,工作在-40°C至+125°C汽车级温度范围。器件通过AEC-Q100认证。
