说明

MAX16932/MAX16933提供两路高压、同步降压控制器。在空载时仅消耗20µA静态电流。器件输入电压范围为3.5V至42V,器件可工作在低压差状态,采用95%占空比。器件主要针对中功率至大功率要求的应用,并且需要两路独立控制的输出电源,例如汽车应用。

MAX16932/MAX16933降压控制器采用180°错相工作,减小输入纹波。器件采用2.2MHz开关频率,允许使用小尺寸外部元件并且保证没有AM频段干扰。FSYNC输入可编程使器件可采用3种频率模式工作,用于优化性能:强制固定频率工作、超低静态电流(20µA)跳脉冲模式以及同步至外部时钟。器件提供扩谱选项降低EMI干扰。

器件还带有上电就绪监视以及过压和欠压锁定输出。保护特性包括逐周期电流限制以及热关断。

器件采用28引脚TQFN-EP封装,工作在-40°C至+125°C汽车级温度范围。
