说明

MAX16930/MAX16931提供两个高压、同步降压控制器和一个预升压控制器。器件工作在2V至42V输入电压,带有预升压模式,以95%占空比支持低压差工作条件。器件设计工作在宽输入电压范围、中等至大功率应用,例如汽车冷启动或引擎启停条件。

MAX16930/MAX16931降压型控制器以180°错相工作,频率高达2.2MHz,允许使用小尺寸外部元件,降低输出纹波,并确保无AM波段干扰。开关频率可通过电阻调节。FSYNC输入编程支持三种频率模式以优化性能:强制固定频率工作模式、超低静态电流(20µA)的跳脉冲模式和外时钟同步模式。器件也提供扩频选项,将EMI干扰降至最小。

MAX16930/MAX16931带有异步升压控制器,预升压电路在低输入电压条件下打开,为降压控制器通道供电,输入电压低至2V。

器件也具有电源就绪监测器以及过压和欠压锁定。保护功能包括逐周期限流和热关断保护。

器件采用40引脚TQFN-EP和侧面防潮QFND-EP封装,工作在-40°C至+125°C汽车级温度范围。
