说明

MAX1519/MAX1545是双相、Quick-PWM™降压控制器,适用于台式机或移动Pentium® 4 (P4) CPU核的供电。双相工作降低了对输入电流纹波的要求、减小了输出电压纹波,同时也简化了外部元件的选择和线路板布局。Quick-PWM控制技术提供快速瞬态响应,加快负载电流的跃变。MAX1519/MAX1545采用增益和失调可调的有源电压定位技术,降低了功率损耗和对降压器输出电容的要求。

MAX1519/MAX1545适用于两种不同类型的笔记本CPU核应用:直接由电池降压或由5V系统电源降压得到核电压。单级转换方式允许这些器件直接对高电压电池组进行降压,可提供极高的效率。两级转换方式(对5V系统电源、而不是电池进行降压)工作在更高的开关频率,提供更小的物理尺寸。

MAX1519/MAX1545符合Intel P4处理器的规范要求。开关调节器具有软启动、顺序上电和软关断功能。MAX1519/MAX1545还具有独立的四级逻辑电平输入,用来设定挂起电压(S0-S1)。

MAX1519/MAX1545包括输出欠压保护(UVP)、过热保护和电压调节器电源就绪(VROK)输出。当这些保护机制中的任何一个监测到故障时,控制器将被关断。此外,MAX1519/MAX1545还具有过压保护机制。
