说明

MAX15301AA02为全功能、高效率数字负载点(PoL)控制器,带有先进的电源管理和远端检测功能。与基于PID的数字电源调节器不同,MAX15301AA02采用Maxim专有的InTune自动补偿、状态空间控制算法。InTune控制架构可有效响应小信号和大信号,解决占空比饱和问题。支持快速的环路瞬态响应,与同类数字控制器相比,可减少输出电容的数量可减少输出侧电容的数量。

MAX15301AA02具有多种优化效率的特性。内部开关BabyBuck调节器产生栅极驱动以及控制器的内部偏置电源,具有很低的功率损耗。先进、高效的MOSFET栅极驱动架构具有可调节的非重叠定时和随负载变化的栅极驱动电压,在整个电压、电流以及温度范围内将开关损耗降到最小。

MAX15301AA02在设计时考虑到终端用户的设计环境,内部PMBus兼容串行总线可与检测、故障管理监控电路进行通信。完备的电源管理功能,无需复杂、昂贵的排序和检测IC。可通过引脚搭接设置基本的DC-DC转换操作,无需用户配置固件。允许在板级系统完成之前快速开发电源子系统。Maxim提供配置IC的硬件和软件支持。

MAX15301AA02采用32引脚、5mm x 5mm TQFN封装,工作在-40°C至+85°C温度范围。
