MAX15301是一款全性能、高效率数字负载点(PoL)控制器,带有先进的电源管理以及遥测特性。与基于PID的数字电源调节器不同,MAX15301采用Maxim专利的InTune自动补偿、状态空间控制算法。InTune控制对小信号和大信号响应均有效,并受占空比饱和度的影响。这样就无需用户确定和设置从线性模式至非线性模式转换的门限。可产生快速的环路瞬态响应,与竞争的数字控制器相比,可减少输出电容的数量。

MAX15301具有优化效率的多个特性。内部开关BabyBuck调节器产生栅极驱动以及控制器的内部偏置电源,具有很低的功率损失。先进的、高效MOSFET栅极驱动器具有自适应非重叠定时,可连续调整高边和低边定时,在整个电压、电流以及温度范围内将开关损耗降到最小。

MAX15301在设计时考虑到终端用户的设计环境。板上PMBus兼容串行总线可与监控和故障管理的监控控制器进行通讯。全套的电源管理功能,无需复杂且昂贵的排序和监控IC。基本的DC-DC转换器可通过引脚搭接进行设置,无需用户配置固件。允许在板级系统工程完成之前快速开发电源子系统。Maxim提供配置MAX15301的硬件和软件支持。

MAX15301采用32引线、5mm × 5mm TQFN封装,工作在-40°C至+85°C温度范围。
