说明

MAX15062高效、高压、同步降压型DC-DC转换器内置MOSFET,工作在4.5V至60V输入电压范围。转换器提供高达300mA的输出电流,输出电压为3.3V (MAX15062A) 、5V (MAX15062B)和可调输出电压(MAX15062C)。器件工作在-40°C至+125°C温度范围,采用紧凑的8引脚(2mm x 2mm) TDFN封装。提供仿真模式。

器件采用峰值电流模式架构,带有MODE引脚,可用于在脉宽调制(PWM)或脉冲频率调制(PFM)模式下控制器件工作。PWM工作模式在任何负载条件下都保持固定频率工作,在对开关频率变化敏感的应用中非常有用。PFM工作模式消除了负向电感电流以及轻载条件下额外的跳脉冲,以提高效率。低导通电阻片上MOSFET确保满载时保持高效,同时也简化了PCB布局。

为降低输入浪涌电流,器件提供内部固定软启动。器件也具有EN/UVLO引脚,允许用户在输入电压达到相应要求时开启器件。极低RESET开漏引脚可以用作输出电压监测。
