说明

MAX15048/MAX15049是三通道输出、脉宽调制(PWM)、降压型DC-DC控制器,具有跟踪(MAX15048)和排序(MAX15049)功能。器件工作在4.7V至23V输入电压范围。每个PWM控制器可提供低至0.6V的可调输出电压和高达15A的负载电流,并具有优异的负载和电源调整率。MAX15049可启动进入预偏置输出。MAX15048/MAX15049非常适合用于高性能、小尺寸电源管理方案。

器件提供同步跟踪、比例跟踪(MAX15048)或输出排序(MAX15049)多种选择,可以根据系统要求改变上电/断电顺序。MAX15048/MAX15049的各个PWM模块采用带有外部补偿的电压模式控制方案,具有优异的噪声抑制能力,并可选择多种电感值和电容类型,极大地提高了设计灵活性。各个PWM模块工作在相同的固定开关频率,可编程范围为200kHz至1.2MHz。120°错相工作时,各个转换器的工作频率高达1.2MHz,将输入电容纹波频率提高至3.6MHz,从而大大降低了RMS输入纹波电流以及输入旁路电容的尺寸。MAX15048/MAX15049集成自举二极管,进一步降低了系统成本。

MAX15048/MAX15049内置带有滞回的欠压锁定(UVLO)、数字软启动(MAX15048/MAX15049)/软停止(MAX15048)功能,保证每个转换器无干扰地上电和断电。电源就绪电路(PGOOD)监测全部三路输出,当所有输出均达到稳定电压时,向系统控制器/处理器提供一路电源就绪信号。器件的保护功能包括无损耗谷电流限制模式、“打嗝式”输出短路保护以及热关断保护。

MAX15048/MAX15049采用节省空间的5mm x 5mm、32引脚TQFN-EP无铅封装,工作在-40°C至+85°C扩展级温度范围。
