说明

MAX15040高效开关调节器在0.6V至(0.9 x VIN)输出电压范围内可提供高达4A的负载电流。器件工作电压为2.4V至3.6V,非常适合板载负载点和后置稳压系统。在整个负载、电源电压和温度变化范围内,输出电压总精度保持在±1%以内。

MAX15040采用1MHz固定频率PWM工作模式,较高的工作频率允许采用小尺寸外部元件。

片内低阻nMOS开关保证在重载下具有高效率,并将寄生电感降至最小,与分立方案相比,大大简化了布局。简单的布局和封装可确保新设计的一次通过率。

MAX15040采用宽带(> 15MHz)电压误差放大器。电压模式控制架构和电压误差放大器允许使用III型补偿机制,从而获得最大的环路带宽(高达200kHz)。较宽的环路频带能够支持快速瞬态响应,只需较小的输出电容,并允许采用全陶瓷电容设计。

MAX15040在高边(源出电流)和低边(吸入和源出电流) MOSFET上均具有打嗝式输出过载保护和峰值电流限制,发生高输出预偏置、短路、严重过载时,或在具有大电解电容的转换器中,能够确保安全工作。

MAX15040具有可调输出电压。输出电压可通过反馈端的2个外部电阻调整,或者在REFIN/SS输入施加外部基准电压进行调节。MAX15040提供可编程软启动时间,通过电容设置减小输入浪涌电流。内置热关断保护功能确保在任何条件下安全工作。MAX15040采用2mm x 2mm、16焊球(4 x 4阵列)、0.5mm焊球间距的WLP封装。
