说明

MAX15004A/B/MAX15005A/B是高性能、电流模式PWM控制器,可工作于4.5V至40V (抛负载)汽车级输入电压范围。如果IN自举到升压输出,启动后,输入电压可低于4.5V。该控制器集成了所有实现固定频率隔离/非隔离电源所需的控制模块。围绕MAX15004/MAX15005可以便利的设计通用boost、flyback、forward和SEPIC拓扑的变换器。

电流模式控制架构可提供优异的线路瞬态响应和逐周期限流,同时可简化频率补偿。可编程斜率补偿可进一步简化设计。60ns快速限流响应时间和低至300mV的限流门限使得控制器适用于高效、高频DC-DC变换器。该器件包含一个内部误差放大器以及精度为1%的基准,便于实现初级稳压单端flyback变换器或非隔离变换器。

转换频率可由外部阻容网络设置为15kHz至500kHz (MAX15004A/B为1MHz)。MAX15004A/B/MAX15005A/B提供了一个SYNC输入,可与外部时钟同步。MAX15004A/B的FET驱动器最大占空比为50%。通过选取适当的RT和CT组合,可设置MAX15005A/B的最大占空比。

输入电源的启动电压由输入欠压锁定(ON//OFF)设置,并可用于关断变换器使总的关断电流降低至10µA。保护措施包括周期性和打嗝式限流,输出过压保护和过热关断。

MAX15004A/B/MAX15005A/B提供节省空间的16引脚TSSOP封装和热增强型16引脚TSSOP-EP封装。所有器件都可工作于-40°C至+125°C汽车级温度范围。
