With ultra-low quiescent current and small package options, nanoPower microprocessor supervisory circuits are ideal for wearable, portable and battery-operated equipment where space and power constraints are critical. Features include adjustable reset, watchdog timeout and manual reset input. They are available in either push-pull or open-drain output configurations and are fully speified over the -40°C to +125°C automotive temperature range.
