说明

MAX30031–MAX30034为已申请专利的保护器件,旨在(借助于外部能量级电阻)吸收重复性除颤及其它高能脉冲,保护ECG和其它医疗/工业设备中的敏感电子电路。器件可承受超过100,000个除颤脉冲,保证不失效。

器件旨在代替应用中的气体放电管和瞬态吸收器,能够大大缩小体积,并且其较低、明确定义的导通电压可提高对敏感电子电路的保护程度。

器件结合可靠的集成电路工艺和高速电路,确保在足够低的触发电压下快速导通,不需要副边箝位电路。大约175mA的较低保持电流确保能够在整个高能瞬态事件期间进行保护。

MAX30031–MAX30034采用小型、3mm x 5mm µMAX-8封装,工作在0°C至+70°C温度范围
