说明

MAX16969能够为内部低压USB数据线和USB电源提供极高的ESD保护和短路保护,理想用于车载收音机、导航、互联产品以及USB集线器。器件支持高速USB (480Mbps)和全速USB (12Mbps)工作。此外,器件还集成了快充使能电路,用于Apple或支持高速USB主机充电器端口检测协议的消费类电子产品。

短路保护功能包括:HVBUS、HVD+和HVD-输出的电池短路保护,HVD+和HVD-输出的HVBUS短路保护。器件允许短路到高达+18V的电池电压,HVBUS输出端的对地短路保护和过流保护可有效防护内部BUS电源不受过流故障的影响。

器件在所有输出保护引脚(HVBUS、HVD+和HVD-)提供较高的ESD保护(±15kV气隙放电和±8kV接触放电)。

器件具有两路4.0Ω低导通电阻高速USB开关和一路22mΩ低压限流BUS开关,并集成一个外部高压功率开关控制器。BUS开关可启动不符合USB规范的大容性负载。器件带有使能控制输入、故障指示输出,并集成Apple iPod®/iPhone®快速充电终止电阻和主机充电器端口检测电路,支持USB 2.0电池充电规范。

器件采用16引脚QSOP封装,工作在-40°C至+105°C温度范围。
