说明

MAX14575A/MAX14575AL/MAX14575B/MAX14575C可调节限流开关具有内部限流特性,可避免主器件由于负载故障而损坏。这些可调节限流开关在+2.3V至+5.5V工作电压范围内具有低至332mΩ的导通电阻。电流限制可在250mA至2.5A范围调节,理想用于驱动大的容性负载,以及其它大电流负载开关应用。
