说明

MAX25615为高速MOSFET驱动器IC,适用于汽车应用。驱动器能够吸入7A和源出3A峰值电流。该IC为MAX5048器件的增强型,具有反相和同相输入,在控制MOSFET方面具有更大灵活性。器件也具有2路独立输出,工作在互补模式,在打开和关断开关速度方面具有灵活性。

IC具有内部逻辑电路可防止输出状态变化期间的贯通。逻辑输入具有保护,可防止高达+16V的电压尖峰,与V+电压无关。传输延迟达到最小,且反相和同相输入之间是匹配的。IC具有非常快的开关时间,结合较短传输延迟(12ns典型值),是高频电路的理想选择。IC采用+4V至+15.5V单电源工作,典型耗流为0.5mA。MAX25615具有标准TTL输入逻辑电平。

MAX25615采用6引脚SOT23封装,工作在-40°C至+125°C温度范围。
