说明

MAX25611A/MAX25611B/MAX25611C/MAX25611D为单通道HBLED驱动器,适合汽车前灯应用,例如远光灯、近光灯、日间行车灯(DRL)、转向灯、雾灯及其他LED灯。器件利用5V至36V输入电压驱动LED灯串,最大输出电压为65V。

MAX25611A/B/C/D检测LED灯串高边的输出电流。高边电流检测可以保护输出短路至地或电池输入,也是驱动LED的最灵活方法,支持升压、高边降压、SEPIC模式或升/降压模式配置。PWM输入提供高达5000:1的LED调光比,REFI输入提供MAX25611A/B/C/D附加模拟调光能力。MAX25611A/B/C/D具有内置扩频调制,用于提高电磁兼容性能。有些应用中,若必要,MAX25611A/B/C/D也可用于zeta和Cuk转换器配置。

MAX25611A/B/C/D采用节省空间的12引脚SWTQFN-EP封装。器件工作在-40°C至+125°C汽车级温度范围。MAX25611A/MAX25611C的开关频率内部设置为350kHz,MAX25611B/MAX25611D设置为2.2MHz。
