说明

MAX20090为单通道高亮度LED (HB LED)驱动器,适合汽车前灯应用,例如远光灯、近光灯、日间行车灯(DRL)、转向灯、雾灯及其它LED灯。器件利用5V至65V输入电压驱动LED灯串,最大输出电压为65V。

器件检测LED灯串高边的输出电流。高边电流检测是保护输出到地或输出到电池输入短路所必须的,也是驱动LED的最灵活的结构,支持升压、高边buck、SEPIC模式或升/降压模式配置。PWM输入提供高达1000:1的LED调光比,ICTRL输入提供控制器附加模拟调光能力。器件也包括故障标识(低电平有效FLT),指示灯串开路、短路和热关断。器件具有内置扩频调制,用于提高电磁兼容性能。有些应用中,若必要,器件也可用于zeta和Cuk转换器配置。MAX20090采用节省空间(4mm × 4mm)的20引脚TQFN封装、20引脚侧边防潮TQFN封装或20引脚TSSOP封装,工作在-40°C至+125°C汽车级温度范围。
