说明

MAX1582/MAX1582Y能够以恒定电流驱动多达6个串联的白色LED,为蜂窝电话和其他手持设备提供双显示屏(主和次)的背光驱动。这个配置无需镇流电阻和昂贵的工厂校准过程。专有的双输出、升压型脉宽调制(PWM)转换器内置30V、低RDSON、n沟道MOSFET开关,可以提高效率和延长电池寿命。

MAX1582/MAX1582Y采用1MHz电流模式脉宽调制(PWM)控制结构,允许选用小尺寸的输入和输出电容及电感,并可降低输入电源的纹波,避免干扰设备中的敏感电路。集成的过压保护(MAX1582为27V,MAX1582Y为18V)电路无需外接齐纳二极管,为芯片提供保护。可通过模拟信号或直接数字PWM方式灵活控制亮度,无需外接RC滤波器。这也在低亮度时提高了亮度调节精度。PWM亮度控制信号的频率范围为200Hz至200kHz。软启动消除了启动过程中的浪涌电流。
