说明

MAX1575电荷泵能够以恒定电流驱动最多4个主屏白色LED或2个子屏白色LED,获得均匀亮度。利用自适应1倍/1.5倍电荷泵模式和超低压差电流调节器,可在单节Li+电池的整个电压范围内保持高效率。1MHz固定开关频率允许选用小巧的外部元件。经过优化的调节结构保证低EMI和低输入纹波。

MAX1575使用一个外部电阻设置满量程(100%) LED电流。两个使能输入:ENM和ENS,可分别为主屏和子屏提供简单的开/关控制。通过向使能端输入重复脉冲,可以调节LED电流,电流调节分多个等级,最低可降至5%。一旦建立了所需要的亮度,只要使能输入保持高电平,MAX1575即可保持亮度设置。如果一个使能输入保持低电平的时间超过2ms,对应显示器的LED电流将被置0。如果两个使能输入均保持低电平超过2ms,MAX1575进入关断模式。

MAX1575采用16引脚4mm x 4mm薄型QFN封装(最大高度0.8mm)。
