说明

MAX1553/MAX1554能够以恒定电流驱动白色LED,为蜂窝电话、PDA和其它手持设备提供高效率的背光显示。升压转换器包括内部40V、低RDSON的N沟道MOSFET开关,大大提高了转换效率、并有效延长电池寿命。MAX1553能够驱动2至6个白色LED、提供480mA电流限制;而MAX1554则可驱动多达10个白色LED,提供970mA电流限制。

单路模拟/PWM Dual Mode™输入提供了两种简单的亮度调节方法。独立的使能输入提供了开/关控制。软启动功能有效抑制启动过程的浪涌电流。

MAX1553/MAX1554采用节省空间的8引脚TDFN 3mm x 3mm封装。
