说明

MAX17690为峰值电流模式、固定开关频率控制器,特别设计用于工作在非连续传导模式(DCM)的隔离反激结构。器件直接检测原边开关关断期间原边反激波形的隔离输出电压,无需辅助绕组或光耦调节输出电压。

MAX17690设计工作在4.5V至60V较宽电源范围。开关频率从50kHz至250kHz可编程。EN/UVLO引脚允许用户在相应输入电压时准确开启/关断电源。MAX17690通过OVI引脚提供输入过压保护。MAX17690的内部LDO输出为7V,使其非常适合切换逻辑电平和反激转换器中使用的标准MOSFET。源出/吸入电流为2A/4A,MAX17690可理想用于驱动低RDS(ON)功率MOSFET,具有快速栅极跳变时间。MAX17690提供可调节软启动功能,以限制启动期间的浪涌电流。

MAX17690提供温度补偿功能,补偿输出二极管正向压降。MAX17690拥有可靠的打嗝保护和热保护机制,采用节省空间的16引脚3mm x 3mm TQFN封装,工作在-40°C至125°C温度范围。
