说明

MAX17606为副边同步驱动器和控制器,专门设计用于工作在非连续模式(DCM)或边界传导模式(BCM)的隔离型反激结构。器件通过用MOSFET代替副边二极管,提高效率并简化热管理。器件的VDRV为7V,使其非常适合切换逻辑电平和反激同步整流使用的标准MOSFET。36V输入电压允许其利用输出电压或副边MOSFET的整流漏极电压进行驱动。可编程最小导通和关断时间为可靠处理变压器寄生元件相关的振铃问题提供灵活性。源出/吸入电流为2A/4A,MAX17606可理想用于驱动低RDS(on)功率MOSFET,具有快速栅极跳变时间。
