说明

MAX14576/MAX14636/MAX14637为USB充电器检测器,MAX14576/MAX14636/MAX14637已通过USB电池充电器规范修订版1.2 (USB BC 1.2)的兼容性测试。MAX14636/MAX14637还可检测Apple充电器和其它非标准类型充电器。这些器件可检测各种USB电池充电模式,包括标准的下行端口(SDP)、充电下行端口(CDP)以及专用充电器端口(DCP)。器件还支持USB BC 1.2所规定的电池电量耗尽检测。

MAX14576/MAX14636/MAX14637内部模拟开关可以处理USB高速、全速和低速信号。开关具有低导通电阻(3Ω,典型值)和低寄生电容(4.5pF,典型值)。CDN和CDP可承受±15kV人体模式(HBM)、±15kV IEC61000-4-2气隙放电以及±8kV IEC61000-4-2接触放电的ESD冲击。

MAX14576/MAX14636/MAX14637采用10引脚(1.6mm x 2.1mm) UTQFN封装,工作在-40°C至+85°C扩展级温度范围。
