说明

MAX20345为具有超低IQ电压调节器的电源管理方案,是低功耗可穿戴应用的理想选择。器件包括一个线性电池充电器,带有智能电源选择器和多种经过功率优化的外设。器件具有3个降压调节器、3个低压差(LDO)线性调节器和1个升降/压调节器,提供高达7路调节电压,每路电压均具有超低静态电流。2个负载开关允许断开系统外设,最大程度降低系统的总静态负载。MAX20345允许系统设计师最大程度降低7×24小时工作设备的功耗以及延长电池寿命,例如可穿戴市场的产品。

3个同步、高效buck调节器采用脉冲频率调制(PFM)控制方法,有效提高轻载操作期间的效率。这些调节器的输出电压可通过I2C编程,低至0.7V。此外,buck调节器支持动态电压调节(DVS),允许系统设计师在使用能够利用DVS优势的器件时,进一步改进系统功耗。

3个LDO调节器中的每路输出电压均可通过I2C编程。为进一步增加灵活性,每个LDO均可配置为负载开关,可用于断开系统外设的静态负载。

对于要求电压高于和/或低于电池电压的系统外设,集成升/降压转换器为其提供了便利的供电途径,且优化用于光学检测系统,例如光学心率(OHR)/PPG和SpO2测量。升/降压调节器的输出噪声达到了最小,对此类系统中敏感测量的影响降至最低。增加DVS可进一步节省相应测量条件下的功耗。

MAX20345也具有可编程电源控制器,允许器件配置用于要求器件处于真关断或常电工作状态的应用。控制器提供延迟复位信号和电压排序。MAX20345采用56焊球、0.4mm焊距、3.37mm x 3.05mm晶圆级封装(WLP)。
