说明

MAX3280E/MAX3281E/MAX3283E/MAX3284E是专为RS-485和RS-422通信设计的单接收器。此器件在3V电源供电下仍可确保数据速率高达52Mbps。这些器件具有出色的传输延迟(最大15ns)及芯片间定时失配(最大8ns),可理想用于多点时钟分配应用中。

MAX3280E/MAX3281E/MAX3283E/MAX3284E具有真失效保护电路,可保证在接收器输入为开路或短路时,接收器输出为逻辑高电平。终端总线上的传送器被禁止(高阻态)时,接收器将输出逻辑高电平。这些器件具有1/4单位负载接收器输入阻抗,允许多达128个接收器接入总线。

MAX3280E为5引脚SOT23封装的单接收器。MAX3281E/MAX3283E为具有接收器使能(EN或/EN)功能、6引脚SOT23封装的单接收器。MAX3284E具有逻辑电压引脚,在数字FPGA/ASIC系统中允许兼容于低电压逻辑电平;在MAX3284E中,逻辑高电平的电压门限值是通过在1.65V至VCC范围内设置VL来由用户定义的;MAX3284E也可提供6引脚SOT23封装。
