说明

MAX3053接口连接于控制区域网(CAN)协议控制器与CAN总线的物理线路之间。其主要适用于要求数据速率高达2Mbps的工业系统,在高电压电力总线中具备±80V故障保护以防止短路。MAX3053为总线提供了差分发送能力,为CAN控制器提供了差分接收能力。

MAX3053具有三种不同的工作模式:高速,斜率控制和关断。高速模式支持高达2Mbps数据速率。斜率控制模式下,数据速率为40kbps至500kbps,因此降低了EMI并能使用无屏蔽双绞或平行电缆。在关断模式,发送器关闭,接收器转为低电流模式。

当总线或CAN控制器处于不工作状态达到或超过47ms时,一种AutoShutdown™功能将器件置为15µA关断模式。

MAX3053采用一个8引脚SO封装,规定工作于-40°C至+125°C。
