说明

MAX14890E增量式编码器包含四个差分接收器和两个单端接收器。

差分接收器可工作在RS-422或差分高阈值逻辑(HTL)模式,可选择配置为单端TTL/HTL操作。MAX14890E在RS-422模式下具有较宽的-20V至+20V共模输入范围。

IEC 61131-2 Type-1/Type-3辅助数字输入设计用于配合开关或接近检测传感器工作,可单独配置为TTL操作。

所有接收输入具有故障保护功能,防止±40V范围内的电压短路。每通道的故障检测提供异常条件报警,例如小差分信号、短路、开路、过压及欠压。

MAX14890E具有引脚可选择的SPI或并行逻辑接口。SPI控制提供接收器详细诊断以及独立配置。

MAX14890E采用32引脚TQFN-EP (5mm x 5mm)封装,工作在-40°C至+125°C温度范围。
