说明

具备±60V故障保护的低功耗、本地互联网络(LIN)收发器MAX13020/MAX13021,可理想应用于要求高可靠性的汽车网络系统。这些器件提供LIN主/从协议控制之间的接口与符合LIN 2.0规范和SAE J2602规范的物理总线。专用于具有单主、多从设备的车载子网络。

增强的±60V LIN总线故障保护功能允许器件工作在+12V、+24V和+42V汽车电源。器件通信速率高达20kbaud,带有摆率限制的发送器输出可以降低电磁辐射(EME)、提高性能。器件具有4µA休眠模式和唤醒源检测功能。

MAX13020与Philips的TJA1020引脚、功能兼容,MAX13021包括增强的总线控制钳位故障管理,以减少LIN总线对地短路时的静态电流。MAX13020/MAX13021采用8引脚SO封装,工作于-40°C至+125°C汽车级温度范围。
