超高CMTI隔离型栅极驱动器,拥有最佳传输延迟匹配
隔离型栅极驱动器支持低电压微控制器安全地打开和关断高压功率晶体管。除隔离之外,高速碳化硅(SiC)和氮化镓(GaN)晶体管的安全开关为隔离型栅极驱动器IC提出了额外要求:高共模瞬态抗扰性(CMTI)。Maxim的隔离型栅极驱动器IC具有最高等级的CMTI,300kV/µs (典型值),设计用于提高使用此类晶体管技术的逆变器和电机控制应用的可靠性和效率。
主要特性包括:
- 数字隔离、基于Maxim专有的工艺技术、长达60秒的3kVRMS耐压,有效提高安全性。
- 最高传输延迟匹配(5ns,最大值)降低死区时间,从而提高效率。
- 可调节UVLO允许功率晶体管的工作温度更低,提高可靠性。
