说明

Ultra3 LVD/SE SCSI终端接器DS2127是一款14线SCSI低电压差分(LVD)/单端(SE)的终端匹配IC。通过DIFF_CAP引脚上的电压,器件检测总线上驱动器的类型。如果器件仅连接LVD总线,则DS2127提供LVD端接器。如果任何单端器件连接到总线上,则DS2127采用单端终端匹配。如果高压差分(HVD)器件连接到总线上,则DS2127从SCSI总线上隔离出来。模式变化有内置的延迟,且此延迟由集成的SPI-3模式变化滤波器/延迟来确定。通过使能ISO引脚,终端匹配电阻也可以与总线隔离。

对于LVD终端匹配方式,DS2127提供14个精密校准的电阻。通过两个电流源,每个电阻偏置到安全故障状态。对SE终端匹配方式,DS2127提供14个精密110Ω电阻和一个用于有源反相偏置的稳压器。
