说明

Ultra3 LVD SCSI终端匹配电路DS2120是一款低电压差分(LVD)的端接器。如果设备仅连接到LVD总线上,则DS2120仅使用LVD终端匹配。如果任何单端(SE)或者高电压差分(HVD)器件连接到总线上,则DS2120从总线上断开连接。芯片内部通过检测SCSI总线上的DIFFSENS线电压来自动完成上述功能。

对于LVD终端匹配,DS2120集成了两路带有9个精密电阻串的电流源。对于宽SCSI总线,需要使用3片DS2120端接器。
