DS1482是一款简单的1-Wire®线驱动器,内置负载传感器和电平转换器,设计作为3V主机系统和5V 1-Wire系统之间的接口。DS1482提供了用于1-Wire供电(VCC)的5V电源和接口电源(VCCQ)。DS1482可以直接连到支持以适当的比特率发送1-Wire时序的同步串行端口。

完整数据资料的图1给出了DS1482的方框图。TXD经过缓冲控制N沟道晶体管,驱动1-Wire引脚I/O至低将启动时隙。I/O引脚的逻辑电平通过电平转换缓冲器回读至RXD引脚,便于主机处理器读取。完整数据资料的图3给出了1-Wire读时隙中这些信号的关系。

SPU输入产生控制信号(PCTLZ),控制外部低阻抗PMOS晶体管(完整数据资料的图2)旁路1-Wire上拉电阻(RPUP),从而为大负载电流1-Wire器件供电。PCTLZ受反向TXD信号控制。这可避免TXD和SPU同时为高时出现大的直通电流。

DS1482内置高精度比较器,因为对于主机来说,知道何时1-Wire侧的大负载断开是非常重要的。如完整数据资料的图4所示,大电流负载将使I/O引脚的电压产生跌落。比较器将检测大电流状态结束,并且在平滑时间tCF结束后使能DONE。START信号允许主机选择性使能DONE。
