PCB数字标签及产品信息存储的终极电子方案。1-Wire®EEPROM和安全认证器具有唯一的工厂预置64位ROM ID,提供PCB安全认证和唯一的PCB ID。一次性编程(OTP)模式、写保护等可编程功能结合SHA-256安全认证,能够保证关键数据在编程设置后不会被修改。提供工厂定制SHA和ECDSA密钥,以及自定义64位ROM ID服务。典型应用包括存储产品特征数据、PCB硬件/软件版本信息、维护记录及校准常数等。
