应用


数字预失真和PA线性化

RF功率线性化电路(RFPAL)IC采用可编程模拟信号处理架构,将数字可编程能力与简单、小尺寸、低功耗的模拟电路有效融合。这种架构的好处在于提供功耗极低、宽带预失真线性化解决方案,大幅缩小系统占位面积。

预失真线性化IC

毫微微蜂窝(femto)基站

毫微微蜂窝基站将手机的语音和数据信号直接连接到蜂窝电话网络,但仅用于较小区域,应用环境大多为家庭或办公室。Femto基站可有效减轻蜂窝通信塔的流量,有利于服务供应商;由于靠近设备,用户能够享受优异的信号强度,尤其是蜂窝网络信号较弱或根本没有信号的情况。通过VoIP连接到蜂窝电话网络。

WCDMA毫微微蜂窝收发器,集成GSM监测功能

MAX2550

器件提供完备的RF至比特流和比特流至RF无线收发器。符合3GPP TS25.104 femto通信标准,支持I、V和VIII频段。器件集成多路接收器输入和发送器输出,用于低频、高频和宏蜂窝监测。

250MHz至12.4GHz、高性能、分数/整数N分频PLL

MAX2880

器件配合外部参考振荡器、环路滤波器和VCO,可以构成超低噪声、低杂散频率合成器,支持高达12.4GHz的RF输入频率。

225MHz至3800MHz RF功率放大器线性化电路

SC1894
