210MHz, DUAL-SUPPLY OP AMP PACKED IN ULTRA-SMALL SC70 PACKAGE
SUNNYVALE, CA-May 23, 2001-Maxim Integrated introduces the MAX4350/MAX4351 210MHz, low-power, dual-supply op amps available in the ultra-small SC70 and SOT23 packages. The combination of Rail-to-Rail® outputs, low power, and wide bandwidth in an ultra-small package makes these op amps ideal for a variety of wideband applications for the consumer market, including set-top boxes, surveillance video systems, digital cameras, and CD-ROM drives.
The MAX4350/MAX4351 operate from dual ±5V supplies and require only 6.9mA quiescent supply current, while achieving a 210MHz -3dB bandwidth, a 485V/µs slew rate, and a ±75mA ouput current drive. In addition, they offer 0.1dB gain flatness to 55MHz, low differential gain/phase of 0.02%/0.08%, and a spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of -65dBc at 5MHz. Their input common-mode range extends from -VEEV to +VCC -2.25V, and their outputs swing rail-to-rail, making them ideal for high-gain applications.
The MAX4350 is offered in space-saving 5-pin SC70 and SOT23 packages, while the MAX4351 is offered in 8-pin SOT23 and SO packages. Prices start at less than $0.38 per amp (50,000-up, FOB USA).
